Mission

More people now find businesses by asking AI. When someone asks ChatGPT, Gemini, or Perplexity for a recommendation, that answer is their first impression of you. Too often it's wrong or out of date, or you aren't mentioned at all. Our mission is to make sure AI search describes every business accurately. We measure what AI says about you and fix what we can. We don't use spin or manipulation. Our goal is for AI to describe you the way you'd describe yourself.

Principles

We teach our customers how AI search works. AI search is new, and some vendors promise to "game" the models. We aim to be the clearest, most honest guide our customers have. AI helps people when its information is true and they understand how it works. That belief shapes what we build.

• Transparency. We show our work. You can see every score and fix, and the reason behind each one.
• Control. We give you the facts, and you decide what to change. You stay in control of how your business shows up.
• Honesty. We tell you what the data shows, even when it's bad news.
• Integrity. We never mislead AI engines or the people who use them. We fix wrong information with accurate facts.
• Always learning. The models change weekly, so we keep studying them and share what we learn with you.
