Every Pro prompt works 90 times a month for you: checked once a day on each of your 3 engines. That matters because AI answers are genuinely random; a single check of a prompt tells you almost nothing, and research on answer variance shows you need roughly 10 checks for a coarse read and about 30 to trust a change. Daily monitoring delivers that sample depth automatically. The totals above are per website, and your allowance is never split between engines.

- What happens when the first year ends?
- Your plan renews at standard annual pricing for the configuration you are on. The 30% applies to the first 12 months only. We tell you the renewal price before it charges, and you can change your configuration or cancel at any point before then.
- Are add-ons discounted too?
- Only the ones in your plan when the discount is applied. The Pro configuration you pick at checkout is discounted for the first year. That covers the base, prompt packs, extra engines, and extra websites. Anything you add later bills at standard pricing.
- I am already paying for Pro. Can I get the discount?
- No. The program is for organizations that are not already paying beket.ai customers. If you are on the Free plan you still qualify.

- Is the prompt allowance shared across AI engines?
- No, and this is the question to ask every tool in this category. Your 50 prompts each run in full on every one of your 3 chosen engines, checked daily, so nothing is divided between them. A tool that quietly splits its headline number across platforms is giving you a third of the coverage.
- How do the + and − controls work?
- Pro starts at $49 for 50 prompts on 3 engines, for one website. Each + adds a published amount: 25 more prompts is $25, a 4th, 5th, or 6th engine is $19 each, and each extra website repeats your whole configuration at the same rate. The price updates as you press, so you always see the total before you commit.
- What exactly is a prompt?
- One tracked query your buyers actually ask, like “best accounting software for small restaurants”. Each prompt is checked daily on your selected engines and every response is analyzed for your visibility, accuracy, and citations.
- Can't I just ask ChatGPT about my brand myself?
- You can, and you should, once. But one manual check is one prompt, on one engine, from one account, at one moment. Answers vary by engine, day, and phrasing, and they change without notice. Checking every engine daily turns a guess into a real measurement.
- What counts as a website?
- One domain, such as yourbrand.com, covering all its pages. Each subdomain is a separate website, because AI engines treat shop.yourbrand.com and blog.yourbrand.com as distinct sources with their own visibility.
- Can I add more prompts or engines to Pro?
- Yes, and every rate is published: $25 per month for each extra 25 prompts on your existing engines, $19 per month for each core engine beyond your included 3, up to all 6, and $75 per month per 25 prompts to add Claude, GPT, or Grok. All of it is included in Enterprise.
- What does a larger setup actually cost?
- Take 100 prompts on all 6 engines, one website. That is the $49 base, two prompt packs at $25, and three extra engines at $19. The total is $156 per month, or $1,560 a year on annual billing. Adding Claude across those 100 prompts is 4 premium units at $75, so $300 per month on top, $456 in total. Every number comes from the published rates; there is nothing to negotiate.
- Can you track other countries and languages?
- Yes, on every plan at no extra cost. Each audit carries its own markets and languages: choose the countries you sell in and the languages your buyers ask in, and your prompts are written and checked in those languages rather than translated after the fact. Set them before the audit runs; changes apply from the next run onward.
- Is there a trial of Pro?
- You do not need one. Free is the complete audit experience on one website, so you see exactly what the engine finds before paying anything. Pro adds exporting, API, daily monitoring, alerts, and trends on top. Cancel any time; no lock-in.
- Will my bill change month to month?
- No. Your price is set by the configuration you choose and stays flat until you change it. If you hit your allowance, tracking continues on your existing prompts and we ask before changing anything. There is no automatic overage billing, ever.
- Do you offer annual billing?
- Yes. Committing annually gets you 2 months free (about 17% off monthly). Switch from monthly to annual any time; we prorate what you have already paid.
